THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are hiring a
Wellbeing Activation Specialist for our
Wellbeing Engagement team in
Milan


Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Engagement, you will be a culture transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to the Gympass mission, acting also as a wellbeing culture transformational agent, advocating on behalf of Gympass to clients, users, providers, and third parties.

This is a position inside the Global Revenue team responsible for executing our strategies locally and close to our clients.

You'll manage a set of high-profile corporate accounts, ensuring that our clients remain focused on our mission of making wellbeing universal.

You'll also drive the commercial agenda within your portfolio of clients_, _and collaborate with other teams to ensure that take-up of Gympass is high within all of the accounts that you manage.


YOUR IMPACT:


  • Execute strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels;
  • Deploy Gympass' global activation strategy in local markets and clients;
  • Deploy Gympass's best practices and communication tools leveraging client channels;
  • Support internal communication channels and HRs (Culture) Strategies in companies from different realities, sizes, sectors, and audiences;
  • Support and train local CS teams on activation efforts; and
  • In partnership with the global and regional teams, support country demands and opportunities to leverage the execution.

WHO YOU ARE:


  • 35+ years of proven work experience in related positions;
  • Familiarity with wellness, fitness, and HR fields across the Italian market;
  • Ability to work at a strategic level, but equally as happy getting your hands on;
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Strong English writing and oral skills as well as native fluency in Italian. Spanish would be a strong plus.

Employees receive a minimum of 25 days paid holiday per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday).


PARENTAL LEAVE: 100% paid parental leave of 12 weeks to all new parents (of both biological and adopted children, regardless of gender and parent's relationship with the co-parent) + 100% paid birth leave of 14 weeks.
