Job Description:

Our Mission

Pomellato is looking for an Events Coordinator who will join Pomellato & DoDo International Events Department which takes care of events across the world - from gala dinners to boutiques openings to press and brand presentations.

How you will contribute- Coordinate the planning, execution and follow up of the production of events- Brief and liaise with creative agencies and external suppliers- Manage all creative and organizational activities for institutional and brand events in line with strategic corporate objectives, including but not limited to researching venues, negotiating contracts, adhering to budgets and deadlines- Coordinate the commercial team in the organization of clienteling events in both Italian and foreign markets according to the annual marketing plan for retail & wholesale channels- Plan and execute in-house events for VIP clients

Who you are- 3+ years of professional experience gained in a similar role, in the luxury fashion industry or creative agency- Organizational skills, budget management, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Problem solver with a keen eye for details- Spirit of initiative and excellent understanding of the luxury industry and new trends- Dynamic with excellent communication skills- Creative perspective with innovative ideas- Willingness to travel WW- Great knowledge of Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)- Fluent in English and Italian - both written and spoken.

Knowledge of additional foreign language would be a plus
