We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Receptionist to join our Front Office team, capable to express him/herself in
perfect English.


  • Experience of working in 5 star
    BOUTIQUE Hotel environment as customer service and Front Office department;
  • High school diploma required, additional hospitality training preferred;
  • Knowledge of
    ProtelAir PMS and
    SimpleBooking
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Must enjoy guest interaction and be able to anticipate guest needs and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times;
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests;
  • Assist with the luggage and car parking if necessary
  • Ability to promote hotel restaurants, spa and packages;
  • Awareness of 5 Star Hotel Standards and guest expectations;
  • Marketing and Sales oriented;
  • Italian and excellent command of English language (C1 verbal and written), knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.

  • Seasonal contract from April (or by arrangement) until October
