MISSION

Through the experience within the Campaigns & Over The Air Operation Team, the intern will support the OTA specialist in managing the activities related to the vehicle's connected features.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Support the Campaing and Over The Air Operation team in tracking and reporting activities
Interacting with the Maserati Customer Care to track customer reports, supporting the OTA specialist in the first Triage
Acquire the basic knowledge to perform a first diagnosis, routing the case to the competent team

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Computer/Electrical/Automation/Mechanical or related Engineering discipline
Proficiency with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge about Telematics universe and related issues
Good programming skills are a plus
Experience with Data Analytics (platforms such as Qlik), Data computing and networking can be considered a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in Italian and English (B2 level at least)

This is a paid Internship with a duration of

6 months.
