MISSION
The KPIs and Financial Control Specialist reports directly to the Warranty Financial Control Responsible and is responsible for:

  • Campaign cost estimation before the launch and fulfillment monitoring.
  • Definition of the Warranty spending forecast and its revision.
  • Monitoring and controlling the warranty spending to find any possible misalignment to be shared with other involved departments (Quality, Product Support, AS Regions).
  • Financial KPIs reporting production and proposal of possible review to improve the KPIs control.
  • Provide support for administrative issues mainly related to the monthly warranty costs closure.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Provide the campaigns' cost estimation collecting all necessary information from all stakeholders involved in the process.
  • Support the Warranty Financial Control Responsible in the warranty spending forecast.
  • Monitoring and share with the Regions the campaigns fulfillment.
  • Analysis of warranty spending to identify any possible criticality.
  • Interface with Finance/ Regions /ABM's / Product Support / Quality.
  • Proposal and implementation of new Data analysis system for the forecast activity and campaigns cost estimation.
  • Support for dealers' requests for the Service entries and claims management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least two years of experience within aftersales departments.
  • Knowledge of financial controls and aftersales processes.
  • Data Analysis.
  • Preferred Education: bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or economics.
  • English proficiency, knowledge of other languages as a plus.
  • Office Package knowledge (Level expert on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Qlikview.
  • Excellent problem solving and team working skills, sharp eye for detail, analytical mindset.
