- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or STEM.
- Proficiency in handling and analyzing business data for regulatory reporting.
- Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility, Climate Change, and Sustainability.
- Strong technology background with business acumen.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (both business and technical).
- Exceptional service orientation and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Familiarity with software analysis techniques and functional specifications.
- Experience in SQL programming.
- Previous exposure to system integration and troubleshooting.
- Flexible working hours starting between 8:00 and 10:00, with a 2 days in the office and 3 days from home policy.
