Application AnalystRuolo
Il ruolo di Application Analyst, all'interno dell'area Application della Direzione IT, ha la responsabilità di garantire il mantenimento e l'evoluzione dei software applicativi Operations/ Manufacturing (MES, WMS, ecc.), incluso l'interfaccia con i Sistemi di Automazione (PLC, AGV, ecc.).
Farà parte di un team composto da 4 persone in cui svolgerà attività di supporto, analisi tecnico/funzionale e di gestione progetti, coordinandosi con i Key Users, con gli altri team della Direzione IT e con i fornitori esterni.
Responsabilità:
Monitoraggio dei software applicativi di propria pertinenza, garantendo insieme al resto del team il pronto intervento nella risoluzione di incidenti; analisi proattiva di problemi ricorrenti e implementazioni di azioni di prevenzione e miglioramento continuo
Gestione delle nuove richieste utente: analisi funzionale, valutazione di fattibilità e costo, pianificazione degli interventi in coordinamento con il proprio responsabile, realizzazione, test, rilascio e documentazione
Partecipazione ai progetti di sviluppo di nuovi software / funzionalità della propria area, coordinando i fornitori esterni coinvolti.
Competenze tecniche:
Buona conoscenza dei processi in ambito Operations e delle piattaforme utilizzate a supporto (MES/MOM, WMS, OPC, Industrial IoT, ecc.), con particolare riferimento all'interfacciamento con i sistemi di automazione (PLC, Scada, ecc.)
Ottima conoscenza del linguaggio SQL e dei meccanismi di funzionamento di un DBMS evoluto (con particolare riferimento a Microsoft SQL Server)
Preferibile conoscenza degli strumenti di sviluppo Microsoft (Visual Studio)
Competenze personali:
Attitudine al lavoro in team e buone capacità di comunicazione
Ottime capacità di analisi e di problem solving
Buone capacità di programmazione attività e gestione progetti, flessibilità nella gestione delle priorità
Affidabilità e trasparenza, integrità ed etica professionale
Formazione ed esperienze:
Diploma o Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria informatica/Elettronica o eventualmente materie scientifiche
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia a livello parlato che scritto
Pluriennale esperienza (> 3anni) maturata nel medesimo ruolo, all'interno di gruppi industriali di medio-grande complessità
In subordine, esperienza pluriennale presso società di consulenza IT operante su progetti cliente nell'ambito applicativo in oggetto
