Job Description:

Your Opportunity_

We are currently seeking a Training Partner as part of our Marketing team based in Milan.

You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the training strategy and plans across the Southern Europe area, identifying training needs on brand, products and selling techniques.

How you will contribute_
Develop and execute training plans for partners in the Southern Europe region, to ensure they are all equipped with the knowledge to present & facilitate sellout
Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs to new hires to introduce Company, Brand, Products, technical know
Create dedicated training modules to improve sales skills, and work with Sales/Trade Mktg team to identify KPIs to measure the impact on Sell Out
Execute training plans by mixing different type of formats depending on the specific audience and need (virtual or instore training, onfield coaching, digital program etc.)
Guarantee the local implementation and diffusion of training contents created by HQ, and develop specific training materials based on local needs
Periodically communicate with core targets by newsletter communications
Control and monitor the training budget to ensure cost effectiveness
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with them and their managers
Preparing and executing action plans for implementing and boosting productivity, quality, and service standards
Maintaining a keen understanding of training trends and best practices
Who you are_
3+ years of experience within Eyewear / Luxury / Fashion / Cosmetics
University degree or above
Strong communication skills with high fluency in English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese both written and oral
Required to travel in Southern Europe region (around 6070% of time)
Excellent organizational skills, as well as planning, project management, and time management expertise
Excellent in creating PPT materials
Ability to analyze sales reports and survey results
Focus on results and ability to work under pressure on tight deadline
Being dynamic, proactive, entrepreneurial, innovative
Teamworking and relationship building skills
