Demand Planner:


As a Demand Planner, you will propose and implement solutions to improve demand accuracy and formulate the final demand plan, based on production capacity constraints and material availability.


A day in the life:

Analyze sales forecasts, anticipating any deviations from historical trends, averages, and seasonality.
Weekly analysis of revenue variances compared to the agreed plan.
Weekly analysis of variances between the agreed production plan and actual production.
Maintain inventory levels within company targets.

Weekly management of relationships with customers of assigned products, providing them with guidance on coverage, possible capacity and/or supply issues.


Must have:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or law.
Excellent use of ERP and MRP systems (SAP).
Good command of English language (written and spoken).


Nice to have:

Analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in similar roles of at least 2 years in structured companies.
