- Attività di analisi finanziaria su operazioni di lending
- Attività di supporto finalizzata alla predisposizione di proposte creditizie relative ad operazioni di finanziamento diretto a Fondi di PE.
- Analisi creditizia degli assets in portafoglio a garanzia dei finanziamenti.
- Strutturazione di operazioni di financing diretto (Term Loans, RCF, etc)
- Attività di pitching su financing per clienti
- Attività di amministrazione e controllo della rendicontazione e della rappresentazione interna della redditività della Struttura
- conoscere e approfondire il settore delle istituzioni finanziarie con particolare attenzione ai prodotti di lending su Fondi di Investimento
- leggere e interpretare i bilanci ed i business plan
- comprendere e conoscere come viene strutturata una soluzione di credito (finanza aziendale)
- Laurea Magistrale o Master in materie economico - finanziarie;
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza dei pacchetti Office (Word, Power Point ed Excel);

All' Interno della Direzione Global Credit Structuring, lavorerai nella struttura di Fund Financing che si occupa di gestire le transazioni dove la Banca partecipa a syndicated or club deal per finanziarie Investment Funds in ambito domestico e internazionale
