Cyber Security Manager

What can you expect?

You will be offered an opportunity to join our Marsh Advisory Italian team, supporting the Business Resilience Practice Leader leading the value proposition of the Cyber Security and Business Resilience Italian practice.

You will support customers to adapt and react effectively to Cyber Attacks and Business Interruption events, ensuring the continuity of services and operational / production structures.

We will count on you to:

Define Cyber Security strategies, assessment and benchmark
Conduct Cyber Risk Assessment activities and have gained knowledge of the main (national and international) security and data protection frameworks
Perform Business Impact Analysis, identify business interruption scenarios and define Business Continuity strategies and plans
Provide innovative and integrated approach within the following fields:
Cyber Security strategy, transformation and architecture
Cyber Risk management
Cyber Security assessment, quantification, audit and compliance
Business Continuity System assessment and Implementation
Collaborate with colleagues from other practices to implement cross practice solutions for our clients
Lead proposition and delivery teams

What you need to have:

Master's degree in Economic, Engineering, Math or Statistics discipline
Ideally 5 years of experience in a Consultancy firm
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Good Commercial and Business Development skills
