Customer Service Trainer I:

WE OFFER:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver proficient training for the department and corporately as needed
Provide coaching and mentoring in a positive and engaging learning environment
Partner with fellow support staff and leadership team to drive associate development
Develop, maintain and update training materials
Analyze data from training feedback and assessments to provide recommendations for changes or improvements
Provides ongoing communication regarding training with associates, management and peer group
Routinely seeks customer feedback and incorporates into strategies and plans
Responds to customer inquiries, complaints and correspondence as needed through written and verbal communication as necessary.
Actively engages in company initiatives to stay relevant to the business

WE EXPECT:

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Minimum of 2 years AMIG Customer Service experience or equivalent teaching experience
Prior leadership experience preferred
Project Management experience
Demonstrated strength in Leadership, Integrity, Problem Solving, & Peer relationship
