Customer Service Trainer I:


WE OFFER:


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Deliver proficient training for the department and corporately as needed
  • Provide coaching and mentoring in a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Partner with fellow support staff and leadership team to drive associate development
  • Develop, maintain and update training materials
  • Analyze data from training feedback and assessments to provide recommendations for changes or improvements
  • Provides ongoing communication regarding training with associates, management and peer group
  • Routinely seeks customer feedback and incorporates into strategies and plans
  • Responds to customer inquiries, complaints and correspondence as needed through written and verbal communication as necessary.
  • Actively engages in company initiatives to stay relevant to the business

WE EXPECT:


Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years AMIG Customer Service experience or equivalent teaching experience
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated strength in Leadership, Integrity, Problem Solving, & Peer relationship
