This internship position supports the Strategy Department, which reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer at American Modern.

The role involves monitoring, tracking, and communicating strategic initiatives, preparing written communications and presentation materials, as well as supporting organizational change management efforts.

Responsibilities include:

Tracking status of strategic initiatives and updates to senior leadership action plans
Assisting with preparation of presentations and other internal communications
Conducting research and subsequent analysis of findings on various strategic topics
Supporting ongoing organizational change management efforts
Interacting with individuals across multiple departments, including senior leaders

WE EXPECT:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or graduate's degree, open to all disciplines but preferably Businessrelated or Organizational Leadership/Management/Strategy
Graduation date between December 2023 and May 202
Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
Prior internship experience in corporate setting
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs in realtime
Demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to and/or lead project teams
Open to learning new things, curious by nature
Experience interacting with individuals across multiple levels of reporting including senior leaders
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Authorized to work in the United States of America
