MISSION

The intern will support the Parts & Service Senior Specialist in monitoring the main steps of a vehicle's repair, starting from its workshop entrance to its exit.

He/she will be able to analyze the total executed repairs per dealer and evaluate if there were some inefficencies among them.

The aim of this internship project is to reduce the vehicles' average breakdown time, in order to improve the customer satisfaction and to enhance the Maserati Service Network efficiency.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
The Intern will be involved in the following activities:

Familiarize with the

Maserati Aftersales Processes:
AS guidelines (Whitebook), Modis and Service Entry Environment, Reporting Tools

Monitor the usual steps of a vehicle repair through the Service Entry
Cross check each repair with the Maserati labor times (workshop technical documentation)
Critical Analysis of the obtained results and development of Action Plan for corrective actions

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Management Engineering or Economics
Full proficiency in English (C1 level) and Italian
German Knowledge is a plus
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular)
Vehicle technical skills are considered as a "nice to have"
Being detail oriented, highly self organized and adaptable

WHAT WE OFFER
This is a paid Internship with a duration of

6 months.
