Job Description:

You will join Automotive Aftermarket for get insight into customer service and support at operational tasks.

Main activities:

Support Customer Care Manager in his daily activities: reports, benchmark
You will support front and back office activities with customers

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you?

Education:Master degree in Management Engineering.
-
Languages:Fluency in Italian and English (minimum level B2).
-
Experience and know-how:you have skills in project management, a structured approach to your work and a good understanding of processes. Excellent analytical skilla. Good skills with Excel and Powerpoint required.

Work style:Ability to work in team, ability to handle complexity.

Personality:Enthusiasm is what we're looking for.
