We are looking for an
IT PMO/ Project Manager with some experience in similar functional areas: Customer Contact Center and Commissioning.

The role is involved in managing projects with the main stakeholders:

  • Translate business needs and plans into performance requirements for database and IT infrastructure
  • Develop, manage and execute information technology project deliverables within the agreed upon plans, within the cost specified and time frames
  • Development of consolidated action plans and coordinate the different teams to insure their execution
  • Cross functional teams and stakeholder management
  • Propose and highlight corrective action in case of events
  • Executive Reporting & integration tools includes risk reporting, lessons learnt log, etc.

Must have skills:

  • Knowledge of
    waterfall and agile project management methodologies
  • Creation of reports and presentations
    for top managers, create/manipulate excel files.

Language:English ≥ B2, Italian native


Nice to have:

  • It is preferable a background in pharma industry (not binding, it is important to be able to act as PM not depending on the industry's specific knowledge).

Soft skills:

  • Risk and problem management
  • Interfacing with various IT and Business stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Contratto di lavoro:
Tempo pieno
