The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget and aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. This role requires a proven experience in leading project in the Banking and Insurance industry area and a deep understanding of processes and methodologies, strong leadership, excellent communication skills.The Client Delivery Lead oversees the successful delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service, a proactive and results-oriented approach.Together we do what matters.
•Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
•Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or a related role, within the Banking and/or Insurance industry.
•Proven experience managing large-scale system integration projects.
•Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).Characteristics that demonstrate success for this role:

•Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client.Project Delivery:
•Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
•Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule.
•Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and any necessary adjustments.Team Leadership:
•Strong management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
•Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff.
•Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
•Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
