About the Role
- Ensures the effective and efficient management of the fulfillment process sales orders from customers and branch offices, providing the loading on the system, management of confirmation, shipping and tracking materials, in coordination with the warehouse.
- Ensures proper and timely customer service and its subsidiaries, analyzing the nature of the requests and taking appropriate actions involving business areas concerned, in order to ensure an appropriate level of Customer Satisfaction in accordance with expect standard.
- Ensures the handling process of complaints for non compliance of spare parts by customers and subsidiaries, involving areas of the company from time to time involved and monitoring the number, the nature and outcome of the complaints.
- Monitors the overall performance of the function Spare Parts for customer and geographic area in terms of volumes, service levels, lines backlog, order processing time, highlighting potential problems and proposing corrective actions.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in foreign language
- 1 year experience in a similar position with a focus on customer care is welcome
- Fluency in English is essential (knowledge of another language such as French, Spanish, Chinese or other is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- SAP knowledge as a plus
- Selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills are essential
