Fluent in English, French, and Spanish with a background in Human Resources Management, I currently work as an HR Operations Analyst. I primarily deal with national and cross-border personnel administration with a specific focus on People Analytics, HR Workflows automation, and Payroll & Benefits processing. I would describe myself as a determined, proactive, and results-oriented person always ready to face changes and new challenges. In my spare time, I am a serial podcast listener, avid reader of non-fiction books and novels, and a couch movie critic.

• Digitaliser of HR Operations processes and principal system administrator of corporate HRIS (HiBob and Zucchetti).
• Implementation and optimization of intra- and cross-department Data Workflows (e.g. KPIs dashboarding, APIs set-up)
