In my current position, my daily responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the activities of operational staff, ensuring that each operation is conducted efficiently and in accordance with company objectives.

I execute KPI analysis to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes. My focus also extends to generating detailed reports on operational performance, providing in-depth analysis to management.

In my role as Stock Manager, I conduct regular stock assessments and forecast medium and long-term orders. I analyze current consumption and try to predict any future changes in stocks.

This professional path has allowed me to develop management and analytical skills, helping to ensure an optimized operational flow and efficient stock management. My dedication is aimed at maintaining high performance standards and implementing strategies that promote the long-term success of the company
