In my work experience in the supply chain industry, I developed a remarkable expertise and an interest in process efficiency and operational excellence.

I continued my studies in data analysis and business intelligence, intending to contribute to the data-driven transformation of organizations and support the decision-making processes.

I am analytical and customer-oriented, and it is my aim to pursue a higher academic degree level in data in Milan, at the same time I develop my analytical skills in a company, acquire a thorough understanding of the business and help in the delivery of high-quality services through a continuous improvement vision.

• FIELD DATA SUPPORT ANALYST in EXXONMOBIL

I worked remotely with the field production data management team, located in Texas, US.

I had a Scrum Master role: team’s facilitator, assuring best practices and helping to improve workflow. Assisted with database and data process issues (SQL).
Managed the relationship with internal clients.

As an extra activity, I joined a community created to promote a data-driven culture (Power BI).

• EFFICIENCY ANALYST

I participated in operational excellence projects related to field production data gathering. 

Worked in oil tower line process control and tracking, focused on operational efficiency.
Was accountable for creating indicator reports and statistics (Power BI, Excel).
Gave support for the field operative team to promote efficiency in communication between areas.

• PROCESS ENGINEER

Worked on process efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement.
Managed the relationship with external clients.
Managed the performance indicators and did a daily follow-up.
Gave support to the operative team in processes and the warehouse management system. 

Participated in diverse local project implementation, leaded trainings for operational staff.
