I'm an experienced Clinical Study Coordinator and CRC Manager with over six years of hands-on experience in the operational and regulatory management of oncology clinical trials. Skilled in study documentation, site coordination, and compliance with ICH-GCP. I've experienced in communication and collaboration with sponsors and CROs throughout study start-up, monitoring, and close-out phases.I'm eager to leverage strong organizational and documentation skills in a dynamic role within a CRO, contributing to the efficient and high-quality conduct of clinical trials.

Over the past few years, my career has evolved naturally within clinical research.
I started as a researcher in molecular pathology at IRCCS Candiolo, where I built a strong scientific foundation and gained a deep understanding of oncology from a laboratory perspective.
Later, as a Clinical Project Manager and Clinical Study Coordinator, I became increasingly involved in the operational and regulatory aspects of clinical trials, developing expertise in site management and study documentation.
At Mauriziano Hospital, I took on a leadership role as Head of the Clinical Research Coordinators, focusing on team organization, regulatory compliance, and process quality improvement.
Each step has been a natural progression that expanded my perspective — from scientific and technical to strategic and regulatory — and this evolution now motivates me to contribute within a CRO environment, where I can bring both experience and enthusiasm to new challenges.
