• Developing and Designing SD-WAN network architecture for company partners (a project with Vodafone)
• Conducting level III support for by responding, troubleshooting and resolving incidents for customer.

• Acted as Spokesperson for the NPM department within inside the company and the customer companies, and the sub-contractors, maintaining a high level of KPI of the department service level agreements.
• Analyzed network performance after integration through drive test measurements, detecting eventual problems.
• Solved with 100% success rate, +2000 customer complains related to network quality in various parts of the country.
• Supervised five (three person) teams to operate the drive test operation to support the network department measurements.
