Informazioni su Francesca Danielli:
I am a detail-oriented biomedical engineer with a PhD from Politecnico di Milano and a current post-doctoral role in orthopedic and cardiovascular applications. My expertise lies in additive manufacturing, experimental testing, and numerical modeling of medical devices.
Within the framework of my PhD, I proposed a detailed experimental-numerical framework for assessing custom orthopedic prostheses fabricated via additive manufacturing. Beyond orthopedics, I also focused on numerical simulations applied to the cardiovascular sector, an activity that I am currently carrying on as a post-doc.
Publications of papers in international journals and attendance at Italian and international conferences demonstrate my contribution to research and development within the biomedical context.
My academic journey includes a 6-months visiting period at NTNU (Norway), where I developed competencies in the experimental-numerical characterization of trabecular structures fabricated via additive manufacturing. Such experience enabled me also to enrich my English fluency.
With a strong foundation in CAD modeling and FE simulations, I am skilled in using: SolidWorks, Abaqus, HyperMesh, MeshMixer, MeshLab, and MATLAB.
I am eager to join a dynamic R&D team to advance innovative solutions in the biomedical industry.
