● Keep the program on track and identify and report significant threats to plan and propose countermeasures. 
●  Maintain the project plan, track and report weekly on progress against that plan; 
●  Manage the project cost control system and evaluate cost reduction opportunities; ensure efficient and effective control of budgets and expenditure
●  Significant responsibility for day-to-day operation of programme delegated from GLOBE manager. Deputy to GLOBE manager for Steering and Project Management meetings when necessary.

06/2001 - 11/2005 Syn S.p.A., here I was ERP area responsible with full accountability for budget, revenues and margin, business plan and development of competencies and solutions.  I directly managed the major customers projects and in the most complex environments; during 2002 I managed with success a huge project in a Dutch multinational company that covered all the SAP modules involving directly more than 70 people and had 3,5 million € budget.
10/1998 06/2001  I worked as Engagement Manager in the Integrated Vendor Solutions department of KPMG Consulting then merged in Engineering. Here I have been in charge of different ERP implementation projects using both SAP and BaaN solutions. I worked with different Italian and international customers helping them to implement with success an integrated software solution to support their processes and to reach their business goals.

10/1998 Due to personal reasons I left for a while the consultant globetrotter career and became EGO Italiana S.p.A. I.C.T. Manager. EGO was part of a big corporation based in Germany and is one of the leaders in the electric and electronic equipment for white electro domestics industry. Here I managed all the ICT areas including End User Computing, Business solutions, Computer Aided Design and Engineering.  I guided a process business reengineering project with the implementation of a new E.R.P. solution. I lead the growth of the company ICT to the highest European standard, as has been officially recognized by the CEO when I left the company.

12/1995 Soluzioni Gestionali a joint-venture between Dun&Bradstreet Software and Data Management implementing solutions aimed to solve with a solid and standard software package all the needs in the Controlling area. I have managed projects involving a large number of consultants and working frequently jointly with big consultancy firm (Andersen Consulting, Bain&Cuneo) and with some of the biggest and most complex companies in Italy as Agip, Fiat Avio, Olivetti, De Agostini, Pharmacia, Meridiana Airways, Finsiel, Ansaldo, SOGEI.
04/1987 07/1991 La Centrale Servizi, a company leader in Financial and banking software applications. I grew from programmer, through analyst, to team leader. During these years I have always been involved in activities at client’s site as a consultant. Our goal was to develop ad-hoc software solutions built on customers requirements to manage financial activities in a more effective and efficient way using state of the art technologies.
