Esperienza
With over two decades of experience in international development and humanitarian affairs, I have built a career focused on partnership development, institutional fundraising, and strategic programme management. As Institutional Partnerships Advisor at Save the Children Italy, I lead strategies to strengthen relationships with key institutional donors such as IOM, UNICEF, OCHA, and other multilateral and government agencies—ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and maximizing funding opportunities. Previously, during an extensive tenure with the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, I managed national programmes in education, youth engagement, civil society support, and assistance to displaced persons, while serving as Youth Focal Point and Programme Manager. Earlier in my career, I held roles with CRS, ORT International, European Profiles, and EEO Group, focusing on grant management, programme design, and donor compliance. My professional path reflects a strong commitment to advancing impactful, well-coordinated international programmes through strategic partnerships, resource mobilisation, and cross-sector collaboration.
Istruzione
I hold a Master’s degree in Economics, specialising in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. This combination of management, economics, and linguistic studies has provided me with a well-rounded perspective on organizational strategy, communication, and international cooperation. My academic background has been instrumental in shaping my analytical and cross-cultural skills, enabling me to navigate complex institutional environments and foster effective partnerships.
