1. Conducted research on the CFD analysis of Re-entry anomalies occurring during the entry to Martian atmosphere using ANSYS Fluent using Navier stokes Equation,RANS and Large Eddy Simulations(LES). 

2. Developed and validated turbulence models to simulate the flow around re-entry vehicles and analysed the heat transfer and aerodynamics loads. 

3. Optimized re-entry vehicle designs using CFD and generic algorithms for improved aerodynamic performance and thermal protection. 

4. Contributed to the development of new re-entry vehicle concepts and evaluated their performance using CFD simulations. 

5. Presented research results and provided recommendations for future work to the faculty, students, and stakeholders.

Project Trainee in CFD Flue gas ducting Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited,Tiruchirappalli,India 

[ 01/2018 – 03/2018 ] 

1. Conducted CFD simulations using ANSYS Fluent to study the flow and heat transfer in flue gas ducting between air preheaters and electrostatic precipitator. 

2. Developed and implemented mathematical models to predict pressure drop, temperature distribution, and flow patterns in the ducting system.

3. Collaborated with other team members to optimize the layout of the ducting system to reduce pressure drop and improve thermal efficiency.

4. Performed sensitivity analysis to study the impact of different design parameters on the performance of the ducting system. 

5. Presented the results of the CFD simulations and layout optimization to the project team and management. 

6. Contributed to the preparation of technical reports and presentations on the project progress and results.
