At the time of the acquisition, I was the General Manager of S.M.R.E.. In May 2019 I was assigned back to the Electric Vehicle Battery Team (ex. TAWAKI activity). Major activities: defined the Protype Line, produced the all Product PreSeries, and launched the first Mass Production Activity in October of the same year in Italy.  Immediately after started the set-up of Production in Eastern European, of the same product, with a Contract Manufacture.  My contribution to this activity ended in April 2022.

S.M.R.E. SPA – UMBERTIDE

S.M.R.E. SPA was a partner of the joint-venture that controlled TAWAKI (company that I was working for). The CEO of S.M.R.E. asked me to assist him as GM with the major activity to “bring the company back to profit” Major tasks: Inventory – define and restructure with external advisors. Defined and accomplished - Cost controlling implementation, analysis and monthly steering corrections. Defined and accomplished – New Business introduction: accomplished with over 20% of the 2018 turnover in new business where I personally developed the Supply Chain.
