Veronica Petruzzi

My name is Veronica Petruzzi, I’m 33 years old and I have completed a Master Degree in Architecture at the Bartlett and a Bachelor Degree in Architecture Science at Politecnico di Milano with one additional year of Interior design. After concluding my studies, I have gained four years experience and I achieved my Part 3 qualification ARB registration in 2020. My resume detailing my professional background is enclosed for your review and consideration.

In my former practice, McAndrew Martin Ltd, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of project delivery, coupled with the ability to manage a team of one junior assistant, coordinating the drawing work and work streams, under the supervision of the Director. I have worked on extensions, new build, refurbishments, on planning applications, permitted development, change of use, building regulations drawings.

I have acquired, therefore, advanced knowledge in traditional construction techniques, by working mainly on residential projects.

Through these and other projects detailed in my resume I have acquired a good knowledge of building materials and systems, sustainability techniques and construction administration on residential and small commercial projects. 

My other skills include an advanced knowledge of Revit, an advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and good of Archicad, Vectorworks, Microstation, Sketchup. On top of all of this, I have good communication skills, and I speak fluently Italian, English, German. My additional interests are arts and sports. I have a daughter of 4 years old and find free lance remote work suits my schedule better.

My main passion and dream in a practice is to help and teach my knowledge to younger assistants and be able to coordinate a group of assistants.
