You are the contact person for all FGT process related topics and questions for performance enhancement, plant upgrades and retrofitting of equipment projects , from proposal to execution phase,
You carry out sizing calculations and prepare process engineering designs, data sheets, performance guarantees documents, PFDs, P&IDs, technical and functional descriptions, logic diagrams, and specify component designs/systems modifications (scrubbers, SCR systems, reagents feeding systems, pumps, piping, ducts, etc.),
You have experience in and carry out risk analysis (HAZOP, FMEA or alike),
You ensure correct implementation of the process specifications during engineering and construction phases,
You support during the execution phase (documents control etc.), commissioning, and testing phases for control and operation optimisation, and customer training,
You support the preparation of the operation and maintenance manual and as built documentation.
Trained process / chemical / mechanical / environmental engineer with 5+ years' FGT design experience as process engineer; previous experience in upgrade and retrofits would be a plus.
You are proficient in the use of CAE tools (COMOS or alike) and MS Office.You have an organized, precise, and high-quality work style combined with good communication skills.
You are fluent in English, other languages would be a plus.
