- Garantire il supporto costante e reattivo allottimizzazione e miglioramento delle performance dei reparti produttivi sulla base delle priorità definite;
- Attuare una validazione di processo regolare assicurandone l'aderenza agli standard definiti;
- Gestire progetti di miglioramento per incrementare le performance sulla base dei piani di Operational Excellence;
- Essere in prima persona promotore della cultura del miglioramento continuo;
- Pianificare il miglioramento degli standard, la loro implementazione e formalizzazione tramite documentazione strutturata;
- Coordinare test e piloti (engineering test) legati a equipment e prodotti coordinando risorse, materiali, informazioni, e raccogliendo i risultati e le considerazioni in modo strutturato;
- Eseguire la raccolta dei Tempi e dei Metodi produttivi per aggiornare i dati di Ciclo Operatore/Macchina;
- Supportare la gestione degli interventi di manutenzione pianificata, in collaborazione con la manutenzione;
- Coordinare le attività di zoning e 5S all'interno dell'area;
- Raccogliere e condividere le esigenze di attrezzature necessarie all'avvio di nuove linee o al miglioramento/integrazione delle esistenti;
- Supportare le risorse nel mantenimento delle prestazioni attraverso la formazione sui nuovi standard definiti.
- Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica, Meccanica, Industriale o similare;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo maturata presso aziende manifatturiere strutturate, preferibilemnte del mondo farmaceutico o affini, cosmetico o alimentare;
- La conoscenza dei processi produttivi in ambito GMP costituisce un requisito d'interesse, non determinante ai fini della selezione;
- Comprovate capacità di Problem solving;
- Elevate doti comunicative;
- Elevata capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e secondo scadenze definite;
- Spiccata propensione al teamworking;
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese.
