- Responsabile Supervisore di 15/20 progetti assegnati;
- Controllo e gestione dei team di pulizia nelle operazioni quotidiane;
- Organizzazione turni e orari dipendenti;
- Partecipazione ad eventi;
- Garantire il rispetto degli standard di qualita' per la soddisfazione del cliente.
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore e nella gestione di gruppi di lavoro;
- Ottime doti relazionali in contesti multiculturali;
- Autonomia negli spostamenti (Patente B);
- Disponibilita' a spostarsi per presenziare alle diverse operativita' quotidiane;
- Disponibilita' ad una flessibilita' per la gestione dell'orario lavorativo durante la settimana (weekend, festivi, turni spezzati..).
