RequirementsFundamentals/Must havesDiploma insurveyorwith equivalent degree;Experience in theconstructionsite sector;Management and leadership skills.Preferential/Nice to haveKnowledge of theconcreteandasphaltproduction industry and process;In-depth knowledge of industryrulesand regulations;Communication and team working skills;Orientation to mediation, listening and analysis;Spirit of initiative and goal orientation.
