    About the Team: The Sales Strategy and Operations team focuses on enhancing the field sales team's efficiency and effectiveness.

    About the Role: As the Chief Operating Officer for the South Europe region, you will oversee Sales Planning, Go-To-Market strategies, Demand Management, Opportunity Management, Sales Forecasting, and business performance supervision. Your primary goal is to support the sales team in achieving sustainable growth and market share in the region. Collaborate closely with the GVP Sales for South Europe to provide insights and solutions for the best outcomes.

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    • Market potential assessment and sales coverage model implementation
    • Drive transformation and change initiatives
    • Monitor relevant KPIs for decision-making
    • Develop pipeline and demand generation strategies
    • Coordinate regional Demand Generation plans
    • Prepare and present management documents
    • Support budgeting and planning processes
    • Expand regional presence and business development
    • Mentor team members and ensure consistent performance
    • Leverage internal resources for improved performance
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
    • Act as a surrogate for Sales Leaders when needed
    • Execute sales cadence to drive business outcomes
