We are looking for a COO to join a dynamic and innovative technology company revolutionising the way businesses manage their point-of-sale (POS) systems.
you'll be leading operational scalability to support their rapid growth. You'll oversee all operational facets, focusing on optimizing POS system operations and infrastructure. We seek a strategic, results-driven leader with a knack for scaling tech-driven operations.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute operational strategies in line with the company's mission. Lead planning efforts and spearhead initiatives to meet business objectives.
Scaling Operations:
Implement scalable processes and systems to match the company's growth trajectory. Streamline workflows, optimize resources, and boost efficiency.
POS System Optimisation:
Manage POS system development, implementation, and maintenance. Ensure seamless integration and reliability in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and guide the operations team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish KPIs and metrics to track operational performance.
Vendor and Partner Management:
Oversee vendor relationships and contracts. Ensure compliance and service quality.
Risk Management:
