- Coordinamento e Responsabilità delle tematiche HR per la parte produttiva e impiegatizia;
- Gestione delle tematiche hard lato HR: relazioni industriali, disciplinare e contenzioso del lavoro ;
- Presidio delle tematiche relative all'organizzazione del lavoro, in qualità di primo riferimento per il Plant Manager;
- Talent Acquistion & Employer Branding , Recruiting , e Formazione ;
- Coinvolgimento operativo nelle attività di Talent Management&Development, Performance Management, Comp&Ben, sviluppo organizzativo, piani di Job Rotation e Succession Planning;
- Supervisione Admin & Payroll per quanto riguarda l'area di riferimento;
- Supporto ai progetti di comunicazione interna;
- aver maturato esperienza significativa in aziende produttive, strutturate del settore metalmeccanico
- Diploma di laurea in Amministrazione e Consulenza del lavoro
