    About the Position:

    We're seeking an experienced psychometric researcher with expertise in designing and validating competency frameworks for soft and technical skills. The ideal candidate will be able to define research goals, develop items/tasks, conduct data collection and analyses, partner with ML engineers on model development, own end-to-end projects from literature review through reporting.
