About the Position:


Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the ideation and implementation of a "transformation office" methodology for the BU, with the objective of structuring, tracking and accelerating the implementation of the strategy in Continental Europe including the development and implementation of relevant tools and frameworks to meet such objectives.
  • Gather relevant information and data, analyze and summarize within status reports to be presented weekly/biweekly to the Continental Business Unit leadership team
  • Be the "transformation office" methodology champion for teams across markets, supporting and challenging diverse project teams as relevant to ensure a successful implementation of the transformation plan
  • Escalate needs for prioritization across initiatives, in order to mitigate main risks and to secure timely implementation
  • Active stakeholder management at all levels within YEU and interfacing Regional and Corporate, building longterm relationships and collaboration
  • Contribute into relevant initiatives
  • Support the consistent development of business cases and recommendations

Profile:


  • Preferred MSc in business & management
  • Work Experience: minimum 23 years managing complex projects in international environment. Experience from consultancy is an advantage.
  • Hard Skills: Analytical skills, knowledge of digital Marketing tools and systems is a plus.
  • Soft skills: Communication, problem solving, collaboration, analytical skills, flexibility, autonomy.
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written. German, French or other languages from Eastern countries would be an asset.

Any location in Europe with a Yara office. No relocation package will be provided for this position.
