Strategic HEOR P&R Advisor (M/F)

At Bayer, we are looking for a brilliant and motivated Strategic HEOR P&R Advisor who will guarantee a strategic contribution on Price and Reimbursement strategies, in alignment with the Value Access and Pricing Strategist, for PH Division Business.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate the local crossfunctional team, in alignment with the sHEOR P&R Manager, for the creation of P&R Dossier and for the generation of Health Economics and Outcomes Research evidences to be included in Value Proposition for a PH product
Support the sHEOR P&R Manager, the Value Access & Customer Management Head and Patient Access Head for the creation of a compelling pricing and reimbursement strategy for negotiation/renegotiations with the Italian Regulatory Agency (AIFA) in order to achieve the optimal P&R conditions and market penetration
Contribute to the generation of Value Proposition in alignment with Value Access and Customer Strategists in order to guarantee a strong HEOR plan for all PH Bayer brands
Align with the HQ (RMACS) in order to keep them updated in terms of P&R Dossier preparation and strategy and HEOR activities
Collaborate with the sHEOR P&R Manager in the Pricing Reporting activity (guarantee of net price confidentiality, update of CPD datatase, etc)
Ensure knowledge of pharmaceutical expense trends in Italy to the end of assessing in due time all possible financial consequences for Bayer.

WHO YOU ARE:

Scientific or economic degree
Master's in health economics / HTA/ Market Access or equivalent specialization is considered a plus
At least 2 years' experience in Pricing and Reimbursement, Health Economics, Outcome Research in a large size multinational company
Fluency both in English and Italian language are mandatory
Familiarity with simple financial modelling and pricing
Strong analytical and synthesis abilities
Teamworking attitude, leadership and strategic thinking are necessary
Attitude to work in a multidisciplinary and highly complex environment
