La persona dovrà aver maturato un'esperienza minima di 10 anni con attività di responsabilità e di gestione progetti in ambiti diversi ed essere in grado di:
•Definire ed implementare le evoluzioni delle architetture del gruppo su infrastrutture virtuali cloud e on-premise
•Proporre iniziative di miglioramento tecnologico ed essere parte attiva nella relativa implementazione e gestione progettuale
•Gestire attività di performance monitoring, tuning e capacity su server e rete
•Gestire la sicurezza ed il patching di sistemi e applicazioni sia in maniera proattiva che reattiva
•Supervisionare il processo di gestione asset, della gestione dei posti di lavoro, dell'help desk informatico
•Fornire assistenza nella definizione del piano di emergenza e ripristino, e contribuire alla raccolta di prove relative ai reati informatici
•Effettuare troubleshooting su sistemi e servizi, analizzando e gestendo le problematiche;
Skill richiesti:
•Conoscenza approfondita dei principali sistemi operativi (prevalenza WS), database e software di virtualizzazione, in particolare VMware.
•Competenza MS AD e Exchange
•Comptetenze in ambito cloud su Office 365 e Azure
•Conoscenza e amministrazione di soluzioni storage, backup e restore con i principali software sul mercato.
•Conoscenza dei principali sistemi di sicurezza dei device (esempi: MDM, EDR, DLP).
•Esperienza nella gestione apparati di rete, preferibilmente CISCO, e fonia
•Esperienza in progetti di segregazione reti OT e IT, e relativa configurazione apparati in ambito industry 4.0
•Configurazione e Gestione GPO e regole di sicurezza client
•Conoscenza delle pratiche di sicurezza e delle ultime normative in materia di sicurezza e privacy, regolamenti, avvisi e vulnerabilità
•Gestione del team di risorse affidate
Buon livello lingua inglese, capacità di interagire sia con il top management che con le operations, disponibilità a trasferte occasionali e un'esperienza in azienda manifatturiera completano il profilo ricercato.
