Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for Italian speakers who are looking to start their career in Greece As a Customer Service Representative, your daily duties will include handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products and services, troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns. Moreover, you will be involved in maintaining customer records and updating account information. This is a remote position, so you will be able to work from the comfort of your home in Greece.

Requirements

• A valid European Union passport.
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with remote work tools.
