- Actively participate to IT Human Capital Management (HCM) projects, such as new system solutions or evolution of the current ones;
- Provide technical and functional analysis;
- Perform user support on IT HCM solutions and manage the daily IT Systems operations application maintenance, system evolution, ect);
- Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors system (Employees Central) including the integration with other back end systems (such as SAP ERP and SAP-HR). Certification at any level is a plus;
- Support the process owners in the review and redesign of the HR processes, giving advice from an IT perspective;
- Design and build the technical IT solution in cooperation with other IT teams and external consultants, evaluation and proposing alternatives;
- Give support to the users of the different system application under him/her responsibility (WW perimeter).
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with a brilliant academic career and interest for Human Resources topics.
- At least 3 years' experience in similar role within structured multinational environment.
- Analytical and project management skills, proactivity, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.
- Fluency in English is mandatory and availability to travel.
