PROJECT MANAGER

Job description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Her/his duties will span all various aspects of the project delivery:

Internal and External Reporting
Coordination of all internal functions
Planning and Scheduling
Procurement and Logistics
Cost Controlling and Budgeting
Invoicing processing
Changes pricing and negotiations
Coordination of worksite activities
After sale support
Support to Business Development to maintain and develop customer intimacy

She/He shall be familiar with standard Contract Terms & Conditions and develop a good understanding of risks management.

She/He will be also involved in developing proposals for international tenders.

Nice to have:

Master degree in Engineering (Laurea specialistica) or equivalent (required).
Project Management Certification (PMP; PRINCE2, IPMA) (preferred)
At least 2 Years in the position in medium/large company, preferably in Defense, Energy or Critical Infrastructure domains.
English (fluent written and spoken) is required
The ability to work and communicate clearly in a fastpaced environment is essential since this position plays a fundamental role in the organization and as such she/he will be responsible for mediating and coordinating clients' needs with internal priorities.

Location
Headquarter in Rome (Italy) - Full availability to travel abroad, also for medium to long periods.

Stipendio:
€30.000,00 - €35.000,00 all'anno
