Join our MBA Summer Internship Program in Venice or Hong Kong
As a participant, you'll work on innovative projects within Italy's fashion retail leading company, OVS Group, with a wide portfolio of brands (OVS, OVS Kids, UPIM, CROFF, Blukids, Stefanel, Piombo, Les Copains, Shaka, Goldenpoint).
It's an exciting time to join us, OVS Group is present in more than 40 countries, and is pursuing a global expansion strategy.
This is an opportunity to join us in Venice or Hong Kong and contribute to various challenges, expand your professional network, and immerse yourself in our dynamic business ecosystem.
As an MBA Intern, you will:
Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop strategies and solutions.
Lead or contribute to a high-impact project in areas such as:
Digital innovation & Technology
Brand strategy
Sustainability & Quality
Buying & Merchandising
Supply Chain & Sourcing strategy
Finance
Present your findings and recommendations to key stakeholders within the company at the end of the internship.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are:
Enrolled in an MBA program with a focus on fashion, strategy, marketing, retail, supply chain, or finance.
Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicators with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
Fluent in English (knowledge of Italian or interest in learning it could be recommended).
Adaptable and enthusiastic about embracing new cultural and professional environments.
