We are hiring a Client Success Director to our Client Success team in Milano Our Client Success team is the driving force behind Wellhub's new customer acquisition and growth across Italy As a Client Success Director you will be managing all Wellhub Enterprise clients' books of business You will manage the Client Success Italy team with the responsibility of building strategic partnerships with key decision-makers growing the impact of the Wellhub program and managing the commercial relationship and renewals of the overall portfolio This role offers a significant opportunity for both professional and financial growth with a competitive compensation package that directly rewards your results We seek an individual who is passionate about achieving excellence thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment and shares our commitment to fostering a positive supportive team culture If you possess an entrepreneurial spirit desire to lead by example passion for building meaningful relationships with clients we encourage you to apply This is a hybrid role with possibility to manage schedule flexibly overall expectation be office roughly 1-2x/week
