Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner delivering professional and managed solutions across EMEA and APAC.
We're hiring a Cloud Solution Architect – Security & Governance (Microsoft Cloud) for one of our key enterprise clients.This role suits an experienced architect with deep Microsoft cloud security expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, and modern identity governance.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect secure solutions across Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, including Copilot for security operations
Design and deploy Microsoft Sentinel and Security Copilot for SIEM and AI-driven insights
Implement Defender for Cloud and Defender XDR (MDI, MDA, MDE)
Lead Microsoft 365 security & governance across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Define and manage Purview data protection, compliance, and DLP
Architect hybrid/cloud identity governance using Entra ID, RBAC, and MS Graph
Support tenant-to-tenant migrations and M&A security integration
Apply Azure CAF, secure landing zones, WAF, and RBAC best practices
Align security architecture with business and regulatory requirements
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Cloud or Security Architect in enterprise environments
Strong expertise with Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, and Defender XDR
Hands-on M365 security, compliance, and governance experience
Deep understanding of Purview and data classification
Strong identity governance skills with Entra ID and RBAC
Relevant certifications (SC-100, SC-200, AZ-305, MS-102) preferred
