Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner delivering professional and managed solutions across EMEA and LATAM.
We're hiring a Cloud Solution Architect (Microsoft Teams Specialist) for one of our key enterprise clients.This role is ideal for a highly skilled technical consultant experienced in designing, deploying, and optimising Microsoft Teams and broader Microsoft 365 cloud solutions at scale.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of Microsoft Teams architecture across enterprise environments
Provide expert guidance on Teams Calling, Meetings, Collaboration, Compliance, and integrations
Partner with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and modern workplace transformation strategies
Troubleshoot complex Teams, Azure AD, networking, and voice infrastructure challenges
Oversee migrations from legacy communication platforms to Microsoft Teams
Ensure solutions follow best practices around governance, security, adoption, and performance
Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering, security, and project teams to drive successful delivery
Key Requirements
5+ years' experience delivering Microsoft 365 or Modern Workplace solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams
Proven expertise in Teams Phone, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, SBC configuration, and related voice technologies
Strong understanding of Azure AD, Intune, security/compliance policies, identity, and networking fundamentals
Experience designing large‑scale Teams implementations for enterprise or global organisations
Relevant certifications such as MS‑700, MS‑720, SC‑300, or equivalent hands‑on experience
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear architectural designs
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Self‑starter with a consultancy mindset:
proactive, solution‑oriented, and comfortable working autonomously
