    Tomorrow is a multi-service business accelerator for fashion brands, dedicated to developing and achieving sustainable growth. Led by CEO Stefano Martinetto and Chief Revenue Officer Giancarlo Simiri, Tomorrow champions entrepreneurial creativity within the fashion industry.

    Our integrated service offering includes consultancy, sales and distribution, brand and marketing services, content production, DTC, investment, product development, manufacturing, and operations.


    The Opportunity:

    As part of Tomorrow's internship programme , you'll gain hands-on experience in HR and labour law practices within our esteemed fashion and retail group.

    You'll have the unique opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and contribute to Tomorrow's mission of fostering creativity and innovation within the fashion landscape.


    HR Intern Responsibilities:

    As a HR intern with Tomorrow, you'll take on a range of responsibilities to support our HR and labour law initiatives.


    These may include:
    Ensuring compliance with local employment laws, social security, and tax regulations. Coordinating administrative tasks such as absence tracking, overtime, holiday management, HR system updates, and immigration procedures. Assisting in recruitment and local hiring processes. Managing current benefits administration and ensuring coordination with the London-based HR team. Providing assistance to the internal payroll function to ensure timely and accurate monthly processes. Facilitating the smooth management of global HR processes such as performance evaluation, compensation/promotion. Overseeing the onboarding and exit processes for joiners and leavers. Assisting the HR team in providing HR management advice and support to local employees.


    Learning Objectives:

    Throughout the internship, you'll work towards predefined learning objectives collaboratively set by you, your manager, and any relevant educational institutions.

    These objectives will guide your experience, ensuring you gain valuable insights and develop essential competencies aligned with your career aspirations.


    Supervision and Mentorship:
    You'll receive ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced professionals within Tomorrow.

    Your designated supervisor / manager will provide guidance, support, and feedback to help you navigate challenges and maximise your learning experience during the internship.

    We're seeking individuals who excel in communication, adaptability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

    If you demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude, we invite you to apply and shape your future with Tomorrow Proficiency in both English and Italian is mandatory for this role.

    A structured six-month internship programme based in our dynamic Milan office.

    The monthly remuneration is 1,000 euros.
