Stiamo cercando per la nostra sede di Rimini, figure commerciali da inserire nel settore turismo sociale.
Mansioni: Commerciale/sales addetto allo scouting di nuovi clienti senior che organizzano vacanze di gruppo.
Per la maggior parte del tempo, incarico di ricerca di nuovi clienti principalmente attraverso attività di teleselling e visite dirette presso Associazioni anziani, Auser, Centri anziani, Enti pubblici su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Utilizzo degli strumenti aziendali per registrare l'attività di commercializzazione svolta.
Attività di ufficio per la formulazione delle offerte da inviare ai potenziali clienti o a quelli acquisiti:
– calcolo del costo del pacchetto turistico comprendente la sistemazione in hotel e tutti i servizi accessori richiesti;
– formulazione dell'offerta descrittiva del viaggio/soggiorno;
– invio e monitoraggio continuo delle proposte inviate.
Attività d' ufficio per la gestione del pacchetto turistico confermato dal cliente:
– monitoraggio delle iscrizioni;
– definizione dei pagamenti;
– predisposizione di tutti i servizi turistici richiesti;
– continua comunicazione con il cliente per ogni necessità.
Attività di fidelizzazione continuativa con il cliente.
Competenze richieste
Residenza in provincia di Rimini o disponibilità a trasferirsi stabilmente in Romagna.
Aver maturato precedente esperienza nel settore turistico o nella vendita di servizi.
Massima disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
Ottima predisposizione a rapporti interpersonali, attitudine al rapporto con il cliente, capacità dialettiche e di negoziazione.
Forte propensione a lavorare in team con spirito collaborativo e propositivo, motivazione, elasticità e volontà di farsi carico in autonomia degli incarichi assegnati.
Forte impegno e determinazione nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato.
Capacità di fissare gli appuntamenti e gestire in autonomia la propria agenda.
Disponibilità a partecipare ad eventi e fiere di settore.
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office (excel/word).
Competenze preferenziali
Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
