ManPower s.r.l ricerca per una nota azienda del settore aerospace un Product Support Engineer Sede: Foligno Il profilo: La figura ricercata di Product Support Engineer si occuper delle attivit di supporto prodotto all'interno dell'ufficio tecnico. La risorsa far parte del team di Product Support riportando direttamente al Responsabile di Funzione.• E' il/la referente tecnico/a per le attivit di assistenza ai prodotti di serie verso clienti e le funzioni aziendali,
• Sviluppa e gestisce la manualistica di manutenzione e riparazione (CMM),
• Sviluppa i Data Module secondo il formato richiesto (e.g. S1000D),
• Prepara i report Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) e Logistic Support Analysis (LSA),
• Prepara schemi di riparazione e istruzioni operative per il ripristino dell'efficienza dei prodotti,
• Supporta le funzioni Sales, Marketing &, Programs nella definizione dei requisiti di supporto prodotto in fase contrattuale,
• Supporta il reparto Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO),
• Effettua il controllo della configurazione dei sistemi soggetti a manutenzione/riparazione,
• Coordina le attivit di investigazioni di malfunzionamenti in servizio,
• Coordina le attivit di progettazione legate al miglioramento del prodotto sulla base del monitoraggio dei ritorni dal servizio. vetrinabakeca
